The Czech & Slovak Union is a non-profit student association at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. You can reach us at placeholder@email.com.
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you fill out our contact form, our merchandise interest form, or ask to be added to our WhatsApp or Instagram community (name, email address, and any message content you choose to share). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising networks on this website.
Data submitted via our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, process merchandise interest, or add you to our community channels, and to contact you about the Union's activities and events. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to and briefly processed by Formspree in order to deliver your message to us. Please refer to Formspree's own privacy policy for details on their processing.
Submitted form data is received via email and stored securely by the Board. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may collect anonymised server logs as part of its standard infrastructure.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including removal from our WhatsApp or Instagram community. To exercise these rights, contact us at placeholder@email.com. We will respond within 30 days.
